I am interested in the legal and technological applications in data protection, privacy, and data ethics, where my current research aims to create a socio-technical data commons framework that helps data subjects protect their personal data under existing data protection, privacy, and information regulations.

Presenting my work and attending the International Data Curation Conference 2020 in Dublin, I reflect upon my experience talking about my research on data protection within data curation as well as the social, technical, and ethical considerations needed to build a stronger archiving community.
